Initial Inquiry

It all starts with an inquiry. Whether it's a sketch or a detailed brief, we analyze your requirements to ensure we offer the best quality standards for sampling and wholesale orders.

Design Consultation

Customized Sportswear needs planning and refinement. Once your order is placed, our design consultants work with you to provide technical recommendations for your collections.

Fabric & Patterns

Our team walks you through our inventory of performance fabrics. Afterwards, manual patterns are created according to your required sizes and fit specifications.

Stitching & Production

Selected fabric is cut and sewn using zip-zag, twin needling and bar tack techniques. This includes branding addons via sublimation, heat transfer, or embroidery.

QC & Professional Packing

High quality and consistency are our forte. Every garment undergoes a final QC check before being professionally packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Freight & Delivery

We deliver your goods via doorstep or port-to-port delivery using faster freight solutions, ensuring you meet your brand launch dates across the United States.

Mesa sportswear production works on the principle of dedicated departments. We have made our manufacturing line in such a way as to avoid errors and correct them before it ruins the final product. Each department has its own final QC before it moves to the next station.
It depends on your order quantity. If your custom order is low MOQ then usually it takes around 5-7 days and up to 2 months if it is a bulk wholesale customized sportswear order. Furthermore, our services include air freight shipping and sea freight.
