Global Standard QA Process For Samples and Bulk Purchase Orders
Our 4-step QA process has been developed after working with numerous clients and dealing with their specific needs for custom activewear samples and orders.
From initial fabric inspection to final packaging, we meticulously check for any possible defects. We believe consistent quality is a hallmark of our capability as a manufacturer.
Raw Material Inspection
Fabric material, zippers, and buttons are closely inspected for any defects, discoloring, and stains. If raw materials are checked out, they are moved to the batch storage section for production.
Pre-production Investigation
Before stitching fabric panels, we ensure the right direction of grainlines on the fabric panels and also their sizes. We also check the proper working of machinery and equipment.
In-line Checking
This step further involves deep analysis. First, we verify seam strength and stitches per inch (SPI). After, we periodically inspect to ensure exact measurements as provided by tech packs and size charts.
Final Quality Assessment
We size-match every garment piece manually and check the buttons and zippers' functionality. The clothes are also processed under metal detectors for any broken needle fragments and then shipped with proper labels.
