Production vs. Shipping Time

It's important to distinguish between production time and shipping time. As a custom manufacturer, every order is built from scratch.

  • Sample Orders: Typically 7-10 business days for production.
  • Bulk Team Orders: Typically 3-4 weeks for production, depending on complexity.
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days via air freight from Sialkot to most global destinations.

Transparent Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility in Sialkot, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time as it makes its way to your club or dealership.

Customs & Duties

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are 100% customized to your specifications (including logos, names, and team colors), we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects. We strongly recommend reviewing all digital mockups and size charts carefully before approving production. In the rare event of a defect, we will prioritize the production of replacement items at no additional cost to you.
