Agreement for Custom Manufacturing

By placing an order with MESA Sportswear, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional manufacturing experience for both your team and our facility.

1. Design Approval

For all custom orders, MESA will provide a digital mockup (3D or 2D) for your approval. It is the customer's responsibility to check all colors, logos, spellings, and positioning. Once the mockup is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp), production begins and no further changes can be made.

2. Sizing

MESA provides professional size charts for all garments. Because sizes can vary between brands, we strongly recommend using our charts. MESA is not responsible for garments that do not fit if they were manufactured according to the approved size specifications.

3. Payment Terms

For custom bulk orders, we typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. For dealership accounts, alternative terms may be discussed after a vetting process.

4. Color Matching

While we strive for perfect color matching, slight variations may occur due to screen settings vs. fabric dyes (Pantone matching is available for an extra fee for large orders). Sublimation colors may also vary slightly between different fabric types.

5. Lead Times

Production lead times are estimates and not guarantees. While we pride ourselves on punctuality, factors such as raw material availability and complex design approvals can affect timing. We will always communicate any potential delays as early as possible.
